FUNDAMENTALS FROM THE DOCTRINE OF PUBLIC SECURITY IN THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND VIOLENCE Case: Attention to the victim of domestic violence by police officers of the State of Aragua in the Sabaneta Sector of the Bolivarian Municipality José Rafael Revenga

 

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Violence against women is a form of discrimination and as such has been studied in the field of international law, legal instruments: the convention on the rights of women (1953), the declaration on the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women (1,967), among other agreements (1,979), (1,994), have recommended in Latin America and Venezuela, as a problem of public health violence, the Municipality Jose Rafael Revenga State of Aragua does not escape this reality, the woman at being violated by her partner and doubly victimized in the attention of her complaint by those responsible for security.

OBJECTIVES

General objective.

Present from the Citizen Security Techniques on the Attention to the victim of domestic violence in the prevention of crime and violence to the Aragua State police, for the collective well-being of the Families of the Sabaneta Sector, José Rafael Revenga Municipality.

Specific objectives.

• Identify the current processes of action of the police officers of the Aragua State in the prevention of crime and violence in attention to the victim of domestic violence in the Sabaneta sector of the José Rafael Revenga Municipality.

• Describe Citizen Security techniques in the prevention of crime and violence in attention to the victim of domestic violence in the Sabaneta sector, José Rafael Revenga Municipality as an integral community development response.

• Propose from the Citizen Security the attention to the victim of domestic violence in the Sabaneta sector of the José Rafael Revenga Municipality as development and defense of the internal order in the family
