PROBLEM STATEMENT Violence against women is a form of discrimination and as such has been studied in the field of international law, legal instruments: the convention on the rights of women (1953), the declaration on the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women (1,967), among other agreements (1,979), (1,994), have recommended in Latin America and Venezuela, as a problem of public health violence, the Municipality Jose Rafael Revenga State of Aragua does not escape this reality, the woman at being violated by her partner and doubly victimized in the attention of her complaint by those responsible for security.
